I am down in lancaster county. Small squares always bring the most, but not near as much of a premium as there used to be. HORSE grass hay is in demand. Round bales never bring as much money down here. Its too hard for the amish guys to feed round bales in the tie stalls. Round bales or baleage of grass hay does well becuase they like to feed that to the heifers and dry cows. Down here heifers and dry cows arent kept in stalls so its easier to feed rounds to them.
