I should have stated the LGT 145, a runner too, had the K321 14 HP Kohler, but something was different about the base, the parts tractor was a 12HP Kohler, I figured the 145 would have matched the sawrig, but there is something to do with the base, seems like the tractor frame is part of the oil pan in these and the one I wanted to swap out has its own pan, that does not appear to bolt up to the one on the 145. I'll have to poke around Kohler and see if I can find a manual per what you said, did not know S was for electric start either.
