its been sometime sense i worked on 6410 with fuel problems. but the fuel pump is in the tank with a pickup screen. they do fail you can pull line off filter trun on key see if its pumping fuel. there is also in line check valve AL117189 that is to keep fuel from draining back from filter . the one i had most problem with was that the fuel from filter to pump had just failed it was always sorta wet with fuel no real leak just sorta weeped. so make sure you have good flow of fuel to injunction pump if you have a good flow it could be your injection pump.
