I cant figure exactly what youre tryin neighbor, if the "tractor" has a 24 volt motor,Id use three eight volters (or four sixes) in series to run it.
Yes it will work to keep adding voltages with series batteries, but Id prefer them allllll the same i.e. all identical 8 volters or 6 volters for best long term results.
Charging,,,,,,,,if its three eights, a charger voltaGE might be in the 26 to 30 volt range. You could stick a 36 volt golf cart charger on for short periods but dont overcharge them.....
