I don't remember who, but msu or purdue did a study, and properly adjusted rolls dried a little faster than flails. I don't remember the point per day difference but it wasn't much. Mow your hay sooner and make sure it's dry when you mow it. If it's down flat to the ground, the only way to get it all is to adjust your cutting height down.
