Open the bleeder plug on the top of the filter assembly and use the hand pump on the lift pump to make sure plenty of fuel is getting to the filters.
If it's getting plenty of fuel there, I would say your injector pump may be going out ($$$$).
If you're not getting plenty of fuel to the filters, most likely there's some crud trapped in the 90-degree elbow on the tank side of the lift pump. That's what happened on my 2950 last summer.
