On the manufacturing companys and their programs the engine part should be good but they will not have or want you to get the other part that you are wanting and that is business as if you got that they would not be able to control you and just keep you in the grease. If you got only the engine you would be tied to the company but if you get both the engine and then business then you could run your own shop and they do not want that. And any engine company would only want you to learn only their way of making engines and not be able to work on a competors engines. For all you are wanting a place like UNOH would give you more of a full rounded education than just an engine school. There are others like UNOH but that is the only one I know. What ever you do decide do not give up the business portion just for engine training.
