What's the slowest anyone was going and got pulled over?
Many years ago I was driving on Daytona Beach. Speed limit was 10 mph. Wasn't speeding as I didn't want to miss any "scenery". Car about 3 ahead of me kept hitting the brakes. We slowed to about 3-5 MPH. I was idling in 1st gear but the truck was loading up and chugging. I passed a couple cars doing a whopping 7MPH. Cop pulled me over. Said I was speeding. I asked what he clocked me at. Said he didn't clock me but saw me passing. Told him I was sure I wasn't going more than 7 when I was passing the guy driving 3. He said ok, drive safe.
