When I was ready for my License, there was a movement to add one single small "Driving Light" in the center of the grill..about 20 candle power..and it became a long battle to get even that approved, as it was a "Forward-Facing Light" that would be ON when meeting traffic..
NOW, idiots are free to BLIND people and THEY don't even have any CLUE they are..or just don't give a fat rat's ar^^... Had a guy pull up behind me at an intersection with his Brights and Driving (Fog?) Lights on..completely had me Blind.. I sat there..just really ready to take a tire-iron to his bright lights... As far as I'm concerned, Blinding another driver should be considered ROAD-RAGE....
