I drive about 5 over the limit on interstates. I stricly obey the limits on State highways and small towns. This state has a reputation for speed traps in small towns. So they passed a law a few years back. No town or city can have more than 35% of it's income coming from speeding tickets on any state highway. One notorious speed trap town, Mack Creek actually went bankrupt and dissolved over the issue. A number of other little towns have been fined and can't come up with the money and are in hock to the state. Sure has slowed up the speed traps.
