i honestly believe the slower driver on the hyway doing 50mph is putting the ordinary drivers in more danger than the faster driver. so many times i have experienced a long line up behind these slower drivers. then the passing starts, and everyone is passing everyone. i like to travel slightly faster as in the 10 prcent range and just stay away from the conjestion as much as possible i feel safer that way. its not the speed i am worried about, its the drivers experience that counts in my books. i will take a ride and feel more comfortable with an experienced driver doing 70mph, that has drank three beers, that is talking on the phone and drinking coffee on a busy hyway way before taking a ride from an 18 yr. old doing 60mph that has just got his license and only made 6 trip to town.
