If you look at bag it will say SU or SE or Sh2 SU will have 200O seeds per lb. SE maybe 2500 per lb. Sh2 maybe 3500 seeds per lb. SU will have a 24 hr window to harvest and eat and the SE will have two day window to harvest and eat and the SH2 will have a week to harvest and eat and will taste better all week then the SU type.
