Thughts on this; 1. Local Deere dealer of many many years aruond here always said, service was where a dealer made his money. 2. My little small local Stihl dealer gives me the best service, and I will buy new saws, equipment, ear protection, oil, etc. from him becuase of that. 3. Was told yesterday my 11-year old Lennox furnace is obsolete, cannot get parts,out of date, etc etc., and my reply was "Well why would I ever want to buy ANOTHER Lennox??"
