Ford replacement ones are greasable also, but only the upper or lower I can't remember, I had one guy do a ball joint, he said it is such a hard job, I was gonna have another guy do the next one a few years later and he wanted to sell us ( my brothers truck needed one too) new u joints, we said no, he got pissy so my brother looked online and found out how to do the job, it took us 3 hours per truck right out in the driveway! The one guy had my truck over night? And it was $450 bucks, I got plowed, after I saw how easy the job was, I'll never pay for someone to do a ball joint again!
