My dad called me on the FM radio from the tractor one day as he was swathing alfalfa hay. He said there was a coyote out in the field. I grabbed the single shot 12ga. and loaded one round. Jumped on the four wheeler and headed down the road for the field. I saw the coyote leave the field at a full run and was trying to get for cover. I opened up the thumb throddle and we intersected on the road. I let up on the throddle, pulled up the shotgun and cocked it and shot with one arm. Rolled the dead coyote into the ditch. Felt like John Wayne!!
