sounds like the ignition switch went bad, the electric part, not the key part, not sure on the new trucks but mine has a rod which goes from the key switch down to the electric part on teh lower steering column if this is out of adjustment or gone bad or the rod gets bent you will not energize the whole start system, that is the engine may roll over but its not providing electrical power to it in the cranking position , might look at that being as the key stuck, maybe somebody else will have another idea
