Around here the term cheap horsepower is usually used to describe an Allis 70x0, Case 1x70, some older whites. Tractors that may be pretty good, but can be bought cheaper than more popular tractors. I agree with you on cheap equipment. The cheapest for me has always been to go out and buy the best taken care of one that I can find. I am still a sucker for a fixer upper though, even though I never come out ahead. Josh
