Same kind of thing happened here a couple of years ago. Ivan used to head for the fertilizer plant most every morning. Got to where Jerry,the guy who owned the plant got to planting and combining his corn for him every year. Ivan left one morning,said he was going home to disc that ground so they could plant it in the morning. He died in the night. Jerry called in the morning to see if he was ready,Ivans wife told him that he had passed away. Stunned,Jerry asked her if she wanted them to come up and plant it,she said no,she had already rented it to somebody else. Jerry said he had already spread fertilizer on it that wasn't even paid for and somebody else was already in there planting it before he even got a chance to try to rent it after they'd been there helping Ivan for several years.
