Know what you mean. I have several kittys that sleep with me and about two years ago I woke up one morning with a slight itch on the bottom of my left nostril. Didn't see anything and forgot about it. A couple of days later I noticed it had cracked open slightly. Kept getting worse as the days went by. Thought maybe I just had some type of cold sore on it. The scab got pretty big before it started to heal. Left a good scar on the side. Finally figured out that one of the kittys must have been playing with my nose during the night and clawed it. Always try to be careful and wash any scratches from them right away. They never get outside but you never know.
