easiest way to get the speed up would be to change the crown/pinion in the diff... could do it with bigger tires i suppose too... depending on the truck diff ratio it might be ok already... best guess would be 3.54 gears or so... a 4.10 rear end would be slow... had an old truck with a 4.71 rear end, screamed it's head of for 50mph... got a neighbour doing the same thing with a 96 f250...
