Mott is now Alamo. I know that our local Alamo dealer has parts breakdowns for the older Motts, including the self-propelled models; call around and see if you can get your Alamo dealer to burn you a copy. You can also check with folks who specialize in aftermarket flail mower parts: Montage (http://www.montageent.com/) and Flailmaster (http://flailmaster.com/).
Lastly, you can try contacting Alamo directly. I don't see your mower listed on their website, but maybe they'll provide you with a copy. Check out their lists of manuals, though, because maybe it's listed under a different model or name. Note there are "current production", "past production" and "archived" manuals listed.
