For all that's likey to cost... replace it. It's not like there aren't any around. If you're just that determined that you have to fix it... bevel it out and braze it with the largest rods you can find. Welding that would not be easy. If you had the ability to get the whole thing up to 500 degrees or so you could probably weld it OK with a Sodel 35 rod... but it might also just crack again when it cools. Brazing is less likely to cause cracking.
