It's painted metal and we nailed it down my parents barn is completely warped and nailed and that was probably done at least 20yrs ago and my pole barn/shop is nailed and that's at least 30yrs old needs paint bad that's next summer too I bought this place little over a year ago and had to do both house and barn roofs plus other odd ball things but me and the wife love the house and where we live and plan on being here for a long time
