as long as its been taken care of and you continue to do the same there as good as any comparable vehicle, that being said like most suv's gas mileage isnt the best, and while there great for foul weather running, their primary use is as a passenger vehicle, on road, so there not up to much off road, theyll run down a dirt road fine, but if you turn off the dirt onto a cow path the axle articulation limits will have you stopped before long, also like every other modern vehicle out there as it approaches 150 to 200,000 miles all the computer sensors will be taking a dump, so if you can find one that has records of all work done to it you'll be better off knowing what has been done and what may need to be taken care of in the future and dont forget to send any potential buys thru carfax, find out where its been and that will also pop any recalls on it done or needing to be done, if its been hit or flooded ect
