I sold a 16 ft. portable grain auger last year in April on Craig's list. The guy paid me cash and said her would pick it up in a few days. He called me 5 months later to get it and I was in Tok, AK. about 5000 miles from home on my motorcycle. I told it it would be about a month before I would be home. He called me a couple months later and came and got it.
I get nervous about buying something at a farm auction, paying for it, and coming back to get it the next day. Yet alone buying and paying for something a waiting a few weeks or months later to pick it up.
