The guy who's scamming's game is to get you to send him a "deposit".
He'll lowball you a price, and you'll get all excited that you're getting a steal. He'll then ask for 100-200 up front in the form of a Dollar General money transfer (yeah, they apparently do that) as a good faith deposit or whatever. Then, he disappears.
I haven't been scammed, but there's a pile of guys got blinded by a "great shipping deal" and are discussing it all the time in the user feedback forum.
