Just remembered. Ran out of gas in my Dad's 64 Chevy truck with six cylinder engine about 1966. Walked to the house and found a glass gallon jug and walked back and poured it in. Cranked it up and got home. Daddy asked a day or so later what happened to his jug of DDT and kerosene he had mixed up to spray. Truck ran at least another 20 years. Probably had less mosquitoes around for quite a while. Richard
