To what end? Once again the only people affected will be the people who purchase them legally which for the most part are NOT the problem! Also what do you consider an assault weapon? In its original unpassed form the assault weapon ban would have included my ruger 10/22 and my remington 870 pump shotgun due to capacity restrictions! STUPID! Also lets test your knowledge a lil bit: if you dont already know what they are then google image an AR 15 and a Ruger mini 14 tell us which you consider an assault weapon and why! Hint you could expose yourself as a mainstream media watcher involved in a discussion you know nothing about which based upon my opinion of what you mailed your congressman is my present opinion of you. Lastly, gun ownership is a constitutional right! You start taxing those and next youll be paying for each breath of air you take!
