You are not going to find very many augers shorter than fifty foot. If you do they where special ordered for some need in a grain setup. So they would only get sold when the guy changed his setup.
Most augers used to fill bins would normally be longer. Remember the shorter the auger the steeper it is and the slower it will handle grain.
Why do you want such short auger??? The only reason I can think of would be transporting it.
As to your question about shortening an auger. Yes many brands have bolted sections that can be removed or added. Remember you also have to adjust the undercarriage at the same time or the balance of the auger will be off and make it hard to move around when setting it up.
I personally would not go to the trouble of shortening an auger unless I was forced to by the size of my setup.
