A good tire shop might be the answer, depends on how bad the damage is. I have seen some pretty badly damaged tires off of logging equipment repaired by a shop on the MN iron range that repaired tires for mining equipment. Myself, I might just use the patch and boot suggestion! I have had patches put in truck tires that have a plug attached that you pull through from the inside and then cut off, had great luck with them.
