342 acres dived into 2 lots by a town road. House, garage and barn on one side, machine shed, well house and daughters trailer on the other. House is nothing special, 1890's farm house. Fire 15 miles away as is hospital. No sewer or water, I have to maintain all that. Taxes, school and county, right around $6K a year now. Bought it in 96 for $75K.
Forget to add- St Lawrence county 10 miles from the Canadian border. That's about 9 hours north of NYC. All of NY isn't NYC!
