JDSELLER, I have used this site for maybe ten years or more. I don't understand why you keep these attempts for insults though ie. "honor". I have also been able to fix most anything mechanical all of my life, I enjoy that. I have also purchased parts from this site, a parts search first lead me here. I simply made a suggestion to make the "TRACTOR TALES" forum closer in relation physically on this site to 'TRACTOR TALK". I did not condemn any O/T post or people or insult them. The descriptor for that forum states " An area for people who share an interest in old tractors to have casual conversation, tractor related or not." If any one has felt insulted by that, I can not help that. "TRACTOR TALK" states " A general discussion forum focusing on any theme related to tractors." Would not someone else post a similar suggestion if folks were posting IH FARMALL questions on another brands forum. All folks have a right to participate in a forum and I do skip the O/T posts. As I stated earlier I have found many tips, tricks, reviews and helpful knowledge. My tractor that I am currently restoring is almost 70 years old and some information needed for it is not available in manuals. I don't come here just for the free advice but when someone who has an answer to a similar problem and they have posted their help, I do appreciate the help they have given. If I have ever used your information you have posted then "THANK YOU" if I have not then "GOD BLESS".
