It still does not stop any individual from making any notes they choose to make to include observing every piece sold if they desire. I know one banker that goes with a tape recorder because it is quicker for him to make notes versus writing. If somebody wants to know bad enough they can find out what they want to know. When I called the auctioneer I could not get time off from work to go to his sale and I only inquired about one piece because I honestly did not care about the other items. Truth be told I think the auctioneer did not want to help me because he thought I was small potatoes and just did not want to make any effort. I would bet the people at Springfield, OH could find out quick by calling the local ag bankers or machinery jockeys.
