If you have been vomiting and had the runs you are dehydrated. (Makes you feel really bad and if severe may cause problems w/heart rhythm etc.) Drink Gatorade or some Pedialyte to refresh your fluids and restore the electrolytes you have lost. More than likely you have been food-poisoned. Most often, after the bad stuff passes you will be ok, but if you aren't back up to snuff after a day or so please see a Medical Doctor. You may need an antibiotic to kill the bug and may need a medicine to slow down your digestive system and allow you to hold on to food long enough to get some nutrition benefit from it.
