If it's in good shape, along with the new clutch, it's probably worth in the low to mid 20's. I was looking at one not too long ago, and couldn't find too much bad about them. Only thing is that a wet clutch would be nice. To tell a later model from an earlier model, look at the front rims. The older models will have 6 bolts holding the disc to the outer rim, and newer will have 8 bolts in 4 bunches. The newer design means the tractor was made around 1995 or later.
