Two weeks ago our timer went out on our clothes washer. Well I went online and ordered one that was on a Sunday eve. The wife and I agreed to pay the extra $25.99 to have it shipped & received in two days. Well on the third day now Wednesday, at 3pm the part still wasn't here. So I called them. The young girl I talked to told me, well the part has been on back order and we just received them in today. I told her why didn't we get an email stating this because we paid extra to get it in 2 days. Well sir we have them in now and you will get it in two days. I told her I wanted to talk to her boss, after being put on hold for 3 minutes she came back and I was told he was at a meeting, but she could waive my $25.99 and I would receive the part in 3-5 days. I was mad but agreed. The part came in 5 days. An experience like this just makes you more prepared for the next time. At least I have clean long-johns again...LOL!
