Looking at a NAPCO Tractor. 4x4 and 4 wheel steer with a bucket on front and a backhoe on the back. Thinking these were made in the 60's. This one starts good and looks good , but won't move. Torque converter?????????? What is a fella looking at as far as what may be wrong and what about getting parts. These parts may be common to other trucks and or tractors. This tractor has the Detroit engine. Thanks for any help.
