Have you owned the truck since new? I have 98000 miles on mine and it does that too. BUT, I ran it several hundred miles on a trip to TX with one injector open too much an washed down one cylinder with too much fuel. It does not use oil or water but one cylinder is slow in warming up due to low compression. A little more smoke on a colder day.
