Hi Can't see the picture but sounds like what has happened on implement spools on the 966 I worked on. The oil is comming out of a little plug in the back of the spool as you face the tractor?. if so according to our case dealer there are a couple of parts and an O ring to replace that ware. Think the parts are about $130 a spool here in Canada plus fitting time, don't know if jobbers are available . both leaked on this so the guy just decided to add oil and wash the tractor more often as he spent $1500 plus on it while it was here with other issues lol.
