its a scam, think about it, unless the tractors are super rare units nobody is going to pay current freight prices to a forgin country on old tractors or their parts, that stuff is heavy, second if there is something you have that a collector just has to have to finish up his tractor that person is going to find a way to get the money to you fast so he doesn't loose the part to another person, tractor people know other people from all over they'd just have somebody in the U.S. come and buy it for them , your buyer just sounds like another twist of the old Nigerian scam to me
