Most of the tractor I buy have stuck engine or did have stuck engines in them till I got them. I fill them with ATF being sure to put the plugs back in. I then after a few days set a 12 volt battery in them and use short fast taps on the starter to see if the engine will move any. If it does I pull the plugs and try some more and most of the time I have had good luck doing it that way. Out of more then 20 all but 2 or 3 did not free you
