The recomended was ATF, we now use Castrol TCF410 in the syncroshift and powershift boxes and I think it is also spec'd for the new 6 speed Torquelock boxes. There may, but not always be a drain plug in the torque converter thro an inspection opening under the flywheel housing, turn the converter over by hand to find it. The trans has a drain plug and also a gauze filter that can be cleaned with a bit of fuel and blown through. Check level frequently after changing untill it settles.
