Unions pay "a decent wage" to anyone who crawls in the door. How about companies paying a decent wage to people who work hard, show initiative, ambition, and do quality work...In essence, pay you what you're worth. That resolves the problem we have NOW. Which is, union shops that put out mediocre quality work, show NO personal initiative, and think hours/years on the job outstrips DOING THE JOB RIGHT. BTDT, saw enough unions promotion of laziness and ineptitude.
Unions have ruined our work ethic. Time for 'em to go away.
