I think I paid $3400 for a 30x40x10 with 1 ft eves, trusses on 16, decked and shingled. Took the crew 4 days to complete. If I'm wrong, I'll post back. $3600 would be $3/ft.
I had the ground leveled and cleared. Even let them use my laser transit to set posts and build pole barn.
