If you find it send it up so I or other readers can help. John Deere 110 were not built in the fifty's. They started building them in the early sixty's. The early 110's had 7Hp Kohler engine, three speed transmissions, two blade mower decks, three bolt rear wheel hubs, fabricated front axle (not cast) and some even had fiberglass rear fenders. To have any of these features the serial number would have to be below (3500) and if you have a 110 with these features you have yourself a good collectable John Deere. They made a lot of attachments for these tractors like front blade, front snow blower, front 540 PTO (to run elevators ect.) and Hyd lift. there probably are more but thats all that comes to mind right now. I sugest that you get yourself a parts catalog, it will give you the serial number breaks of all the changes, They used to even tell the year model in the front of the parts book. Good Luck!! Dave W.
