Scarce?? I bought some 205/75-15" trailer tires last week. Mavis tire (Mavistires.com) had over a dozen different brands in stock in the HD trailer-tire version. Carlisle load-rand Ds were $95 each and load-range Cs were $75 each.
Any dealer telling anyone that 15" tires are "scarce" is telling stories. Maybe scarce from his personal supplier but easy to get overall.
