There is a large 80 or so acre plot that was sold a few months ago. Well.....A fella in the next town over bought the 80 acres and I was told by another neighbor that he has had several letters delivered to nearby neighbors telling them to stay off his land or he will take them to court. Deer stands on the land, ATV riding through, etc.
