Bear are being seen more frequently here in central Pa. This summer a big bear strolled through an Amish greenhouse, came in one end and walked out the other. The man who combines my corn and beans bowhunts here. One afternoon he was walking home when he got between a sow and her cub. The mother came out of the corn growling, luckily the cub ran past him toward his mother and they both disappeared back into the corn.
