John T, I am a little to the right of Attilla the Hun and so were my WWII vet Dad and WWI vet Grandfather but lets be truthful here. America has been under attack from the America hating so called progressives since at least shortly after the civil war, it took decades to gain traction but FDR, JFK and LBJ all implemented progressive programs and policies that have led us directly to where we are today. There have been plenty of people clamoring for more government and voting taxes on other people and free stuff for themselves since at least 1932. I do believe in and recognize the heroism and selflessness most of the greatest generation but I also know that they raised the baby boomers, I am one of them as I am sure you probably are, its time to admit, as a generation the baby boomers have done more harm to the American way of life than any that came before and hopefully any that follow, todays young people do not carry the brunt of the burden for the sad state of affairs facing the USA today, it is ours and our parents generations that built this house.

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery.
