Somewhat familiar with the glass/glazing industry, more so with construction assemblies, but I'm wondering if such a machine was used to produce a type of glass not commonly used any more, making the machine obsolete. I'm not familiar with variations in plate glass, that can be beveled/polished, as seems to be common with furniture. Glass has to be of the safety type, like tempered for a door or window, I'd research to see what kind of glass materials it was used for and see if you can find any glazing shops that are interested in it.
I would imagine someone that does stained glass would be interested in the lead materials, that's out of my league, know nothing of that kind of work, I'm surprised no one was interested on ebay or craigs list or your local want ad /trader publication, ours has a building material section in it, usually 3 pages long, find some good deals in there.
